    Keith Libman
 
Keith J. Libman is LGKW’s head of accounting and auditing practices. Keith joined Kopperman & Wolf in 1969 upon his graduation from Indiana University, ultimately serving as its managing partner until its 1998 merger with Arthur Andersen LLP where he served as a director of Small Business Services within Andersen’s Cleveland office.  
 
Keith is extremely active in counseling clients on business and financial matters. Recent engagements have involved assisting start-up businesses, capital formation projects, mergers and acquisitions, facilitating client management retreats and executive compensation plans. In addition he is active in consulting with lawyers and law firms.
 
Keith maintains a high level of involvement in the nonprofit and civic communities. He has served as president or board chair of several organizations, including Menorah Park Center for Senior Living (Ohio’s largest senior living community) and The Temple Tifereth Israel (one of the oldest and most respected congregations in the country). United Way of Greater Cleveland has long been a passion, and Keith currently serves on the Executive Committee of its Board of Trustees. He also serves as an active trustee of the Jewish Community Federation of Cleveland and has recently completed service as Chair of Retirement Plan Committee. Keith serves on several charitable foundation boards, including the Mt. Sinai Health Care Foundation, of which he is currently co-chair of the Grants Committee.
 
 
             Alan Goldstine
A substantial part of Alan’s career has been spent heading up leading National Firms’ tax and small business services practices. Alan has lead LGKW’s tax and business valuation services departments for the past 20+ years.
 
Alan’s primary professional expertise is with tax issues affecting closely held businesses and their owners, including partnerships, subchapter S corporations, succession planning, and mergers and acquisitions. Additional areas of expertise include charitable contribution planning and estate and gift tax planning. In addition to being a CPA, Alan is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), and a member of the National Association of CVAs.
 
Alan has enjoyed giving his time to several community organizations. He is currently on the board and has served as the vice chairman, finance chair and treasurer of Vocational Guidance Services.   He is a member of the University Hospital Diamond Advisory Group. Alan has served as co-chairman of the Accountants’ and Lawyers’ Division of the Jewish Community Federation Annual Campaign, and as a member of many committees for the Jewish Community Federation, such as the Development Committee. He is also past president of the Hawthorne Valley Country Club and of the Northern Ohio Golf Association. Additionally, Alan has served on multiple United Way committees.
 
 
 
    Tod Wagner
 
In his capacity as tax partner, Tod leads our Subchapter S and Mergers and Acquisitions Teams where he consults with middle market businesses and their owners. In addition to his broad background in corporate and individual tax planning, Tod has extensive merger and acquisition expertise, having created tremendous tax saving for clients through innovative transaction structures and the negotiation of deal terms. Tod’s other areas of focus include estate and succession planning, federal and state tax controversies and accounting methods.

Prior to joining LGKW in 2001, Tod spent several years as a manager in Arthur Andersen's Cleveland tax practice. Tod is active in the community serving on several local non-profit boards including: Cleveland Chapter of The Association for Corporate Growth (President Elect), The City Mission (Treasurer), and The City Mission Endowment Foundation (President). He is also an adjunct professor in the accounting department at Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management where he has taught since 1999.

 

       Michael Luxeder
 
After earning his Masters Degree in Accountancy from Case Western in 1994, Michael began his career with Arthur Andersen where he spent seven years. Michael spent five additional years at Ernst & Young before joining LGKW in 2006.   While at LGKW, he has been able to further develop the skills he honed in the Big Four and apply them to our closely-held, middle market clients.  At LGKW, Michael heads our Tax Operations and State and Local Tax teams. His strengths are in the taxation of C Corporations, S Corporations and Partnerships.    Michael has particular expertise in state and local taxation, FAS 109, and tax credits. In addition to his client responsibilities, Michael also serves our practice as our technology champion. 
 
Michael is active in the community volunteering in various capacities. He is instrumental in organizing the annual City Mission golf event, an event that raises over $40,000 annually. In addition, he enjoys volunteering with his church and coaching youth soccer and baseball in Aurora.
